MY JOURNEY:
After coming out in my teens in the post-Stonewall, pre-AIDS era of the early 1970’s I became a clinical addiction rehabilitation counselor in my 20s.
As part of the sober Leather community at the start of the AIDS crisis, I also trained in BDSM practices and techniques specifically to find safe and healthy ways to explore and live an alternative lifestyle and to introduce this to clients in recovery and for the larger community.
I added further studies in Tantric practices that can be use to enhance the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of BDSM or kinky activity. My certifications in professional facilitation and ICF-certified coaching were part of my professional growth to round out my studies and skills in helping people work and live more fulfilling lives, regardless of lifestyle.

Since COVID, and political and social unrest has affected the LGBTQ+ communities with unusual harm to us socially and in our interpersonal relationships I am focusing heavily on working with people dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression and PTSD, as well as gender and identity issues.
Traditional non-holistic health care typically separates the body from the mind (thoughts and feelings) and spiritual part of us. Conforming to societal and cultural norms add to compartmentalization and disassociation from what is hidden within. Connection, desire, intimacy without shame or blocked by trauma, should be natural goals of living fully as one’s true self.
The body hold trauma, the mind get’s stuck in unsatisfying repetitious patterns, and the spirit is trapped by boundaries imposed by the norms and constraints of others.
With talk-based coaching, polyvagal somatic work, trauma treatment approved methods and Tantric unification of physical and spiritual self, I will help you discover and allow your true self to emerge.
